Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

Global Yoga Tips offers **only digital products**. We do not sell or ship physical goods. Therefore, there are no physical shipping addresses, tracking numbers, or physical delivery times associated with our purchases.

2. Instant Delivery

As soon as your payment transaction is completed through our secure payment gateway partner:

  • Dashboard Provisioning: The premium yoga program or self-care calendar you purchased will be instantly unlocked on your user account dashboard. You can access it by logging in at globalyogatips.com/login.
  • Email Confirmation: You will receive a transaction receipt and program access link via the email address you provided during the registration/checkout process. This email is sent within **5 minutes** of a successful payment.

3. Troubleshooting Delivery Issues

If you have purchased a program but do not see it unlocked on your dashboard or have not received the confirmation email:

  • Check your email's **Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder** to ensure the welcome email was not filtered.
  • Ensure that you logged in using the same email address that you used during the checkout process.
  • If the issue persists for more than 15 minutes, please contact our support team immediately. We will verify your transaction and manually provision access to your account.
